Career
After completing his medical degree, earning his Dr. med. degree, obtaining an MBA in Public Health, and graduating in 2005 with a “Master of Anti-Aging and Preventive Medicine”—as one of the first graduates—Dr. Köhler laid the foundation for his surgical career in general, cardiovascular, and plastic, hand, and reconstructive surgery at the University Hospital of Zurich.
His specialization in aesthetic surgery followed—through numerous clinical rotations with internationally renowned experts in the field (Dr. Ernesto DiGeronimo (personal mentor) · Miami; Dr. Craig Ziering, Dr. Elist · Beverly Hills; Dr. Ramtin Kassir · New York; Dr. Woffles Wu · Singapore; Dr. Jung · South Korea; Prof. Khavinson · St. Petersburg; Gisèla Pitanguy · Rio de Janeiro), as well as through regular workshops in his own practice with, for example, Dr. Mauricio de Maio, Dr. Arthur Swift, and others. Dr. Köhler was personally trained as an instructor by leading industry partners and was subsequently appointed as an instructor for instructors.
In 2008, he founded the Prevention Center (Zurich, Zug, Horgen), which he led with great success as Chief Physician until 2023. This was followed in 2025 by the founding of Kaleidoscop Aesthetic AG, where he consistently brings his vision to fruition.

Kaleidoscop Aesthetic AG stands for aesthetic medicine at its finest: natural, nuanced, and personalized. THE K-LIFT® · THE SIGNATURE TREATMENT
This multimodal approach gave rise to the K-Lift®—Dr. Köhler’s own signature treatment. It combines a carefully selected surgical procedure with comprehensive pre- and post-treatment care (LED red light therapy, supplementation, lymphatic drainage, and specific skin optimization therapies). The K-Lift® is not a single surgical procedure, but a well-thought-out program—natural, regenerative, and sustainable.

EXPERIENCE, SCIENCE, AND TEACHING
Over 10,000 surgeries and more than 60,000 non-surgical treatments represent a depth of experience rarely found in aesthetic medicine. His career has been marked by more than 50 presentations at international conferences, regular international publications (including JPRAS and the Journal of the American College of Surgeons), authorship of the textbook “The Lip—45 Injection Techniques for Aesthetic Lip Treatment,” which is distributed internationally by Quintessence Publishing, and teaching at the University Hospital of Zurich. Since 2014, he has also been a SIM-certified medical expert.
