Preparation for treatment

Your skin tightening with Renuvion® will be carefully planned for you in Zurich. To do this, we will first invite you to a consultation to find out more about your motivations. Dr. Köhler will provide you with expert advice on the correction options available and whether your desired result can be safely achieved with Renuvion® in Zurich. It is also important to us to provide you with thorough information about the risks involved.

As a rule, treatment with Renuvion® in Zurich does not require any extensive preparation. However, we recommend limiting your consumption of alcohol and nicotine for the duration of the treatment. Blood-thinning medication should also be discontinued in consultation with Dr. Köhler if necessary.

Performing treatment with Renuvion

In Zurich, we perform minimally invasive skin tightening under local anesthesia, combined with a short twilight sleep depending on the extent of the treatment. The treatment areas are carefully disinfected and the planned corrections are marked on the skin.

The skin tightening is performed with a fine probe that is inserted into the tissue through tiny incisions and emits controlled plasma energy. The plasma beam heats the skin for a brief moment and then cools it down again immediately. Aftercare
