Sexuality should be fulfilling and not a burden. Our team of specialists led by Dr. Köhler is here for you in Zurich to correct unwanted changes and eliminate functional problems. We would be happy to advise you personally on intimate surgery in Zurich.
Information about intimate surgery
Definition of intimate surgery
Intimate surgery is a branch of surgery that deals with treatments in the intimate area. The aim of intimate surgery in Zurich is to correct congenital or age-related changes in shape in order to restore the function and aesthetics of the intimate area.
Many women suffer from enlarged inner labia, for example. Large labia are often considered unaesthetic and can also cause physical discomfort. In addition, the natural protective function is not provided if the outer labia do not completely enclose the inner labia. Intimate surgery in Zurich can correct this and harmonize the proportions between the outer and inner labia.
Age-related changes can occur both internally in the vaginal area and externally, for example on the mons pubis. Here, excess skin and fat deposits are often perceived as particularly distressing, as they change the contours in an unflattering way. In the worst case, the mons pubis can show through clothing. Intimate surgery in Zurich restores a youthful, firm appearance.
Reasons for intimate surgery
The desire for intimate treatment can be based on aesthetic, functional, or cultural reasons. At KALEIDOSCOP in Zurich, we take your personal motivation into account in order to achieve a treatment result that makes you feel completely comfortable.
Reasons for intimate surgery in Zurich may include:
- Age-related tissue slackening
- Disturbing fat deposits on the mons pubis
- Age- or genetically-related enlarged labia
- Pain during sports or sexual intercourse
- the desire for improved intimate aesthetics
- The desire for more intense stimulation
- Reconstruction of the hymen for cultural reasons
Our goal in intimate surgery in Zurich is to harmonize the aesthetics of the intimate area and permanently eliminate existing complaints. This is possible with careful surgical planning that takes your individual anatomy into account.

Procedure for intimate surgery
Preparation for treatment
In a personal consultation, Dr. Köhler will explain the types of intimate surgery available in Zurich and how your wishes can be fulfilled. Dr. Köhler will advise you discreetly and sensitively on the advantages and disadvantages of the individual methods. Your treatment will then be planned individually so that we can respond specifically to your needs.
In preparation for the operation, it may be necessary to temporarily discontinue certain medications, especially those with blood-thinning effects. You should also stop smoking before and after the operation if possible. You should wear loose clothing and have your intimate area shaved for your appointment at our clinic in Zurich.
Performing the treatment
All procedures at our clinic in Zurich are performed on an Outpatient basis under local anesthesia, or in some cases under short twilight sleep.
Labiaplasty usually involves reducing the size of enlarged inner labia. To do this, short incisions are made on both sides in the concealed areas. Excess tissue is removed and the labia are sculpted into a harmonious shape. If necessary, autologous fat transfer can also be performed to enlarge the outer labia. The small wounds are sutured with self-dissolving sutures, so that no suture removal is necessary.
We often perform mons pubis correction in our clinic in Zurich using liposuction. During liposuction, stored adipose tissue is removed using fine cannulas and the mons pubis is sculpted into a firm shape. If the skin is significantly sagging, it can be gently tightened towards the genital area. To do this, a small incision is made above the labia, which should heal inconspicuously.
G-spot augmentation to achieve an improvement in sexual stimulation can be performed using minimally invasive techniques at our clinic in Zurich. The G-spot is an erogenous zone located about 4-5 cm behind the vaginal entrance and is intensified by injecting Hyaluronic acid or autologous fat. In the case of autologous fat treatment, the required adipose tissue is first harvested from another part of the body, for example, the mons pubis.
Reconstruction of the hymen is straightforward and can be performed by suturing with self-dissolving threads. Occasionally, small precision incisions with a laser scalpel may be necessary to achieve optimal results. Once healed, the surgical correction should no longer be visible.
Follow-up
After intimate treatment, you should take it easy for a few weeks, refrain from sports and sexual intercourse, and strictly follow the doctor's recommendations for intimate hygiene. Minor treatment marks such as swelling, bruising, and slight wound pain should subside quickly. You will usually be able to resume social activities immediately, or after a few days at the latest.
If liposuction was performed as part of a mons pubis correction, Dr. Köhler may recommend wearing compression pants. These support wound healing and contribute to a beautiful and even result.
At our clinic in Zurich, we carry out regular check-ups during which we discuss the healing process with you in detail.

Frequently asked questions about intimate surgery
What procedures do we perform in intimate surgery?
At our clinic in Zurich, we perform mons pubis correction and labiaplasty, among other procedures. The aim of both procedures is to reverse age-related changes and alleviate discomfort associated with enlarged labia.
An improvement in sexual stimulation can be achieved through G-spot augmentation with autologous fat or Hyaluronic acid.
We also offer hymen reconstruction at our clinic in Zurich. The aim of this treatment is to restore the hymen if this is desired for cultural reasons.
Can several intimate surgical procedures be combined?
A combined procedure is entirely possible and often advisable for harmonious transitions. The female intimate area is an aesthetic and functional unit that can also be viewed as such. Dr. Köhler will be happy to advise you personally in Zurich on how your correction wishes can be realized in one Treatment.
Can intimate surgery be performed without an operation?
At our clinic in Zurich, we also offer minimally invasive treatments, such as G-spot injection treatments with Hyaluronic acid.
A minimally invasive intimate treatment is less stressful, involves lower costs, and usually does not require any Downtime. However, the longevity of the results is limited. The treatment can be easily refreshed at our clinic in Zurich.
Does intimate surgery leave visible Scars?
Labiaplasty usually results in only very fine Scars, which are located in a concealed area and are not visible from the outside.
In the case of mons pubis correction with significant skin laxity, a small incision above the labia may be necessary, which should also heal inconspicuously.
G-spot augmentation is performed without skin incisions using injection treatment. Scars are not to be expected.
What are the risks associated with intimate surgery?
The risks of surgery can vary depending on the type of treatment. We will provide you with comprehensive information on this before your procedure.
There is always a risk of complications such as post-operative bleeding, infection, or wound healing disorders, but this can be reduced through careful preparation for surgery and thorough aftercare.
At our clinic in Zurich, we will accompany you during the healing phase with close monitoring so that you know you are in good hands at all times.
Does intimate surgery affect sexual sensation?
Intimate treatment can have a positive effect on sexual sensation. Targeted corrections such as G-spot augmentation ensure lasting improvement in stimulation.
Immediately after the procedure, sensitivity may be slightly reduced, but this should return to normal during the healing process.
How much does intimate surgery cost in Zurich?
At Intimate Surgery in Zurich, we plan each treatment individually. The costs are therefore variable. It is important to us to get to know you personally first and discuss your needs with you in detail. We will then provide you with an individual cost estimate tailored to your situation and treatment goals.
